TaxPlus Accountants are a local, independent accountants based in Street, Somerset serving the local community and the surrounding areas by providing accountancy, payroll, company secretarial, bookkeeping, independent examinations and taxation services. TaxPlus Accountants is owned and run by Caron Gilks who has 18 years private practice accountancy experience. Caron started her career working for a local Chartered Accountancy firm Holland & Co in Street, Somerset as a junior and left 10 years later as an 'Accounts and Tax Senior'. Here she gained a wealth of knowledge in all accounting and tax areas whilst studying and became a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2003. After a short time at Chalmers HB in Wells, Somerset Caron went onto help run and become the 'Accountant' at the Bridgwater and Cheddar Branches for a nationwide accountancy franchise. Caron is a down to earth, approachable accountant who is a fully Licensed and Regulated AAT Member in Practice.
