Our team comprises experienced and qualified bookkeepers who are members of the Institute for Certified Bookkeepers (ICB). Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, whether you're looking to outsource your entire bookkeeping operations or just need assistance with specific tasks such as payroll management or VAT returns.

How We Work

We operate from our own office and offer our clients the flexibility to submit their paperwork either by dropping it off at our office or by sending it electronically. We can accept documents via email, Dropbox, or through our partner Receipt Bank.

We invoice our clients on a monthly basis or upon the completion of their paperwork, depending on their preferences. For cheque payments, we require payment upon receipt of the invoice, while for BACS payments, we allow a 7-day payment period.

GDPR Policy

We are fully committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2017, which replaced the Data Protection Act 1995 on 25 May 2018. Our GDPR policy outlines our commitment to protecting the personal data of our clients and ensuring that we handle their information securely and transparently. A copy of our GDPR policy can be obtained upon request.

Insurance and Licence

TDS Bookkeeping holds indemnity insurance with Trafalgar Risk Management Ltd and is licensed by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. We are also regulated under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007. This information can be verified by contacting the ICB and providing them with our practice license number, which is 11265, and can be found at the bottom right of every page below the ICB crest.

What We Are Not

While we are a professional bookkeeping practice, we are not accountants. Therefore, we cannot provide financial advice or tax planning advice. However, we can inform you about the tax rules and are always happy to work with your accountant to ensure that your financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
