Our clients include sole traders, partnerships, small limited companies, and not-for-profit organisations. We are licensed to practice by the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Our team is dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of services, including company secretarial services, bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, accounts preparation, and personal tax. Our director, Andrena Miles, is a licensed member of The Association of Accounting Technicians and has extensive experience working in both practice and industry. She is committed to continuous professional development to ensure a high standard of service for her clients.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services including bookkeeping, which includes manual and computerised bookkeeping using software such as QuickBooks, Xero, FreeAgent, and Sage. Our payroll service includes setting up a PAYE Scheme, calculating weekly or monthly payroll, producing payslips, and submitting RTI returns to HMRC. We also provide services for the Construction Industry Scheme, completing CIS returns and informing you of amounts to pay to Sub-Contractors. Additionally, we can help with VAT, including completing VAT returns under MTD, checking records, registering for VAT, and applying for deregistration if needed. For accounts preparation, we can prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited liability companies.

Angela Taylor assists Andrena in the accounts and tax department, priding herself on her attention to detail. Philip Morris brings a wide range of experience in tax, and Sarah Thomas is our payroll and bookkeeping manager. Niki Morris assists with office administration.
