Our History

Inca was founded after Lesley and Graham Carson, both experienced professionals in their respective fields, founded the company in response to their own disappointing experiences with other accountancy practices. Graham had previously run a 60 million turnover business supplying SIM cards to the mobile phone industry, while Lesley had managed the finances in Europe for a leading Customer Relationship Management systems provider listed on the US NASDAQ exchange. From the outset, Inca's focus was to support small businesses and start-ups, providing a fresh approach to accountancy services.

Our Community Involvement

At Inca Accountants, we believe in giving back to the community. We donate 5% of our profits to local charities and good causes each year. Since 2012, our donations have totalled just under 23,000, and our goal is to donate a further 50,000 over the next five years.
