Our History

Michael J Dodden & Co was founded in 1980 by Michael Dodden. In February 1983, Michael J Dodden became Michael J Dodden & Co due to the joining of Guy Hall as partner, and in March 1988, Richard Gliddon was also made a partner. In 2016, the partnership introduced a new partner, Ben Cleaveley. The firm has always been situated in North Street, Bridgwater, and for most of the time been 34 & 38 North Street. Recently, this has changed, and the firm now works out of 34 & 46 North Street with 34 still being the main base and front of the business.
