Meet the Team

Our team of experienced and qualified accountants is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our team members are:

• Les Hare: Director and Operations Manager, Les has over 25 years of experience in high street banking and has a background in management, customer service, and sales. He is responsible for operations, client services provision, and marketing, and takes the lead on business advisory and consultancy services.
• Shaun Nixon: Shaun joined CI Accountancy in 2008 and has a background in mathematics and accountancy. He is responsible for providing professional services to clients, including international and personal tax returns, and cloud accountancy options.
• Fiona Little: Fiona qualified as an AAT and is responsible for the expansion of the practice's on-site bookkeeping service. She also provides bookkeeping and management accounts at the client's premises and establishes excellent client relationships.
• Tracy Graham: Tracy is the Payroll Manager and is responsible for processing client payrolls and completing HMRC RTI submissions. She also advises on PAYE, NI obligations, and Auto Enrolment (workplace pension) requirements.
• Nicky Hall: Nicky is the Office Administrator and is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
